Holy Name Parish offers Faith Formation for youth of the parish from Preschool through 8th grade. As part of our program, children prepare for and receive the Sacraments of Initiation – Holy Eucharist, Reconciliation, and Confirmation. Typically, second graders prepare to celebrate First Eucharist and Reconciliation. Older youth (8th grade students) celebrate confirmation. Students attending Sacred Heart Academy, Notre Dame Prep, or U of D Academy must contact the Faith Formation Office to register for Sacrament preparation.
